Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Hardware
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
